Figured I would start to get fit for summer and actually put effort in.
I am male. 34
Ht=5' 11"
Wt-167 lbs
BF= 9.5%
Not a hardgainer
Years working out (4-5 days/week) 6yrs. Medium heavy lifting to maintain.
Cardio=doing about 4-5 days at 45-60 min.
Other: Bad knees, hips so not so much pavement pounding
Diet=high protein, low fat as over the last month Super clean.
Supplements=other than added protein and a good multi-vitamin I just got Vapor to try.
Goals=get fit, see those abs, add a bit muscle (don't lose more).
Anyways been reading the forums and I just find all this interesting. As I am in decent shap I really think maybe I should suppliment a bit to finally get those abs (actually I just need the bottom 2 LOL!) Had a sport hernia about 4 mths ago and since then I can't get that last bit below the belly button. Core is super strong and diet is good. Think maybe water high. Fat is 9.6 at a high these past few weeks as I have turned up the weight to not lose mass.
