    Good DAY everyone

    HI there...

    Looking to grow some muscles here, I began training a couple of months ago, not great results yet, but Ive lost 20 lbs. how cool is that. I was a chubby guy. but my goal is to grow some muscles and get in shape.

    Welcome sir, You have come to the right place. You can learn most anything you need to know just by researching the site. If you have particular goals that you can't quite seem to find the information needed then make a post including current, goals, diet etc etc ,and we will get you rolling bro! oooh rah!

    Thanks man,it's good to see some genuine people on here,there's so many clowns on the net,ive been working out for a few years now and cant seem to reach the size i want,so im try'in my second(really my first as my 1st cycle was with orals and wasnt very good)cycle,im using testopro 200,can you advise me what to use after and in between cyc.ect.to get best results and any other tips bout diets trainin etc.as i said im knew to all this,im not an amature i know how much to take,when to take and the basic diet to eat,but if u have any tip's me and my new muscle mass would really apreciate it..:-)
