Hey folks,
Just joined up yesterday after reading this board and many others for a long time.
I am 51 and have been weight training off and on for 25 years. I am aprox. 170 lbs/5'10. A little on the belly bulge side now-a-days, but otherwise fairly thin. I've cut my beer intake down to maybe 3 or 4 beers every few weeks. Nothing like it used to be.
I haven't lifted in a few months and just restarted a couple days ago. I will be starting my very first cycle of h-drol in a week or so. I have been reading up on this subject for quiet a while and decided it was time. I know this is not the area to post questions regarding that, so I will go to the appropriate forum after I post this.
Just wanted to say "hello" and thanks for all the great information!
