I am new to this forum. I have worked for CON-CRET for over a year now, and know a more than I ever thought I would about the benefits of creatine, and definitely why a creatine like CON-CRET has great benefits compared to more traditional creatine forms like monohydrate. The biggest benefits of CON-CRET is our unique Creatine Micro-Dosing, only 750 mg, or 1/4 tsp per 100 lbs of body weight is needed for maximum performance, with no side effects (cramping, bloat, diarrhea, etc) typical of large dose creatines. CON-CRET is for any fitness-oriented person (whether competitive athlete or work-out enthusiast), looking to increase your intensity or conditioning, or wanting to gain a competitive edge.
I myself have taken CON-CRET before competitive events, such as triathlons, as well as training leading up to the events, and have found CON-CRET to be extremely helpful with giving me stamina to stay at a high level of intesity for my events. Best of all, I can take the capsule form and not worry about mixing powder. I don't experience any stomach distress or dehydration, which I know is a common complaint from others who have taken creatine. I also find it helps a great deal with staving off muscle soreness the day after my events.
I look forward to being involved in conversations regarding creatine and fitness while a member of this forum, and welcome any questions or conversation.
