good place to hang
hey all , been hanging here for awhile to make sure this place is worth posting and hell ya. been through a bunch of articles and there is some real worth while info from some very knowledgeable authors . i have been at the iron game quite awhile . 5'8 240 lbs. @ 12-15% bf in the winter and i try for the leaner in the summer , round 8% ish , 42 yrs old . dedicated to this and the mma sport and i enjoy the attention this body creates. especially from my lady . who is much younger .
through the years of youth and feeling like i am indestructable as many you studs do . i have alot of physical ailments that a strong body seems to thwart. the articles information and science that this and a couple other good boards provide will help to keep me younger than my years and that is my salvation. so all you aspiring fellows dig in and read up . this is how we set ourselfs apart from the crowd , knowledge .
