    New and Lost

    Hello everyone, I have joined this site in an effort to secure the direction needed to reach my strength training goals. I have been ripped off several times on line in my quest to purchase the supplements I know work well for me, but seem to be so difficult to find. I hope someone can direct me to some legit sites and end my paranoia as well as throwing my money away on fake junk.

    What supplements are you looking for? Fish oil is available at any grocery store, so are multi-vitamins
