Basic advice: You'll need to eat more food than you're currently eating to bulk up. And you'll need to weight train 3 days per week. Don't listen to any of the steroid-injected dudes telling you to work out 5 or 6 days a week. Being a naturally skinny guy you'll get overtrained quickly and it will have a negative effect on your progress.
Any more specific questions hit up the rest of the forms. I'll see you around!
