Cortisol blocker
I am a 55 year old weight trainer and I am trying to keep the muscle mass I have so painstakingly put on. What supplements has anyone tried to combat catabolism? I am currently using Extend BCAA's and was wondering about a product called CortBloc. Any ideas? Thanks.
