thinking steroids will be a shortcut to anything is the wrong attitude.
steroids should only be used by those that have reached that plateau and have tried everything else they can to attain there goals naturally and have done as much homework as they possibly can. a cycle of sus is not going to shrink your gut.
fine tuning your diet and cardio will!

if you are running every other day and your diet is strict and your weight of 320 hasnt dropped then something isnt right.
how long are you running for? have you dropped enough carbs?

only running a mile will not get you very far !!!! I would think you need to bump it up. try cutting your weights down a touch say to a 45 min work out then AFTER do your cardio for about 25 to 30 and put in some intervals so your not just doing a steady state for the whole time ex 2 min mod pace and two mins of givin' it !! repeat

gotta be more specific then "work out for an hour". your idea of "working out" might not be the same as everyone elses.
1100 grams of carbs and your trying to lose weight? something there is a little off.
stay away from the sauce bro.
learn the basics. learn how to eat right, and train...then if you can stick with that for a few months and make some decent gains naturaly...
think about it again and do some research on your own. don't just go by what people on this board are gonna tell you.
maybe your not looking for a shortcut, but it sure sounds that way.
sounds like your not only new to this board (which i am as well) but probably just got your first gym membership a few days ago too.
i'll say it again...do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THE SAUCE.
