Thought I'd say hi im david from the great state of Tennessee. I am a hard gainer. I have been working out three days a week for about three months, all compound exersises, maybe a few isolated ones too. I have been taking CytoGainer and Creatine MonoHydrate for about a month and have put on about 8 pounds. But I feel like I have hi a plateau. I need to put more weight on I way 151 and 6' tall. it sucks. I am eating close to 3200 calories a day with the Cytogainer included. Figured I would come on here and do some research and learn from the more experienced. Thanks
