I am new on here and getting back to serious lifting and thought I need to get caught up with all the latest strategies in building muscle. It has changed alot since I started bodybuilding 33 years ago. I stopped for awhile because I got discouraged and had some injuries that were troubling me for sometime, but I have licked those and basically the doctors told me I should quit due to back issue and shoulder issues and neck issues. Well I have decided to come back strong and really hit it hard this time and be alot more scientific then I was in my early years. I have been reading alot and wow have things changed. I got alot of catching up to do I hope you fellow muscle heads can help me get too the level that I have thought I could have been when I was younger.
