Hello all. New to forum but been around scene for many of years. I'm looking for some input for a winter cycle and DON'T want to bulk or can't really due to accidents and surgeries in past.
I was a heavy lifter getting ready to compete in 2002 thru 2005, then it happened two accidents. At the time of the accidents I was 260lbs. @ 10% BF. The 1st car accident broke both bones in forearm (2 plates and 18 pins later) and 6 months after that had motorcycle accident. That accident messed up shoulder really bad. So I had to take time off from working out for over 5 YEARS. Now I have had a COMPLETE shoulder replacement from the ball and socket and ready to GO!!
I hired a personal trainer to get motivated and focus on core and legs since that was my weak spot. Current stats are as follows:
Age:37
Gender: Male
Tall: 6'3"
Weight: 210lbs
Lean Mass: 179lbs
Fat Mass: 31lbs
BF %: 14.9%
Goals are to decrease BF% to <10%, which means I have to loss about 20lbs fat mass and get weight to about 199lbs. Muscle weighs more then fat so my weight I can give 2 shits about it's more my BF and lean muscle mass.
