    Hi Guys

    Hi guys, new to this forum but not to bodybuilding.
    Im 38yr male been lifting since I was 15.
    I use to compete as a Jnr in regional comps, Im 5.7 and competed at 12stone 4lbs.
    Since the age of 23 I pretty much use to lift at home and one thing and another didnt really get back into the bodybuilding side of lifting until this year.
    Im currently weighing 200lbs and after a good solid 8months of lifting and getting my old gains back Ive started on a course or deca/sust. (guess im trying to beat old mother time lol)
    thanks for having me and looking forward to learning a lot more, in my day we didnt have half the info that is around today.
