Thread: Introduction

Hello.

My name is Peter. I am 44 years old and am eager to learn and discuss various aspects of bodybuidling with seasoned pros like on this site.

I have a question regarding supplementation. This is currently what I am doing:

Pre-Workout: Muscle Tech NaNo Vapor ; 25G Muscle Tech NOP-47 Pre-Workout Protein.

Intra-Workout: Gapari Nutrition Size On

Post Workout: 25G Whey Protein (Gapari Myofusion).

I am also finishing up a bottle of anabolic matrix and beginning the 1-andro cycle.

I am fearing that I may be overdoing it with the supplementation. It can get quite expensive.

Can anyone give me their thoughts. I have just re-discovered this sport and have made great gains over the last 2-3 months.
