I'm new here , just wanted bait of advice to be honest, perhaps from bigger guys or personal trainers/ people withmore knowledge.
I'm currently around 15 stone, I'm working a temp warehouse job whilst I save for my gym course.
My day consists of...
Museli, 4 boiled eggs whites , pint of water for breakfast
Chicken and brown rice meal 2
Turkey and sweet potatoes meal 3
Protein shake whilst at work 2 hours after meal 3, I get 1 break after 4 hours at work in an 8 hour day, so I havea shake 2 hours after I get there, have my chicken and brown rice with 2 pints of semi skimmed milk and a banana .
Get home, have tuna and cottage cheese and go to sleep.
This this enough for me to gain size?
Any pointers or opinions please comment.
welcome to ironmagforums.......there's plenty of diet info, training, and gear info on this board to help you reach your goals.....looking at your diet it looks like the everyday person and not geared towards any specific goal (i.e. mass gain or cutting up).....take some time and read thru as many threads as possible and adjust your plan and define your goals.....this will help us help you much better.....good luck and hit me up anytime bro
