new member here. lifting for 3 somewhat years. i get boreed easily with training lol...i am one of those jumpers program to program.lol..but on the plus side, i started out weighing 160 and now i am 200! focusing on big lifts Sq, Dl, etc.
diet has always been the same: make sure i ahve protein + carbs with every meal...i am pretty much broke between school and other things i am involved with so diet right now is eat eat eat whatever you get your hands on..no candy or stuff like that, just cheap on the go kind of thing...lots of peanuts/nuts, the occasional mrp's, tunafish, burgers... i always have a beast breakfast, lots of eggs, juice, cheese, wheat, oats, greens, oats, coffee, i make sure i stuff my face LOL.
i just did a few months of ws4 skinny bastards...i realized its pretty much the same thing i have been doing for a year straight; another westside barbell variation! lol so yeah im getting tired of it. gained strength no doubt, but i need to get some variety in here! so i have been browsing this site, came across the guides to designing routine..im gonna give it a shot startingt omorrow in the AM!
