Thumbs up Hoping in a positive direction

I am very skinny 26 yo & 135 pounds . I really want to put up weight, atleast push it up another 40 pounds!

On a weekly average, few days I take lots of calories and other days will just have dinner ignoring lunch/breakfast completely cause of work/lazy reasons.

My average daily food intake is ~1500 calories, so am hoping to have supplements fill another 1500-2000 calories.

I am looking for body mass and muscle gainers. If anyone know a working one or went through similar cycle please post.

I was there once! Proper weight training and diet is all you need to put on those pounds you want. Well, some patients too. Read the stickies in training and diet for all the info you need. Good luck!
