    Whats up!

Whats up everyone. Just found this fourm and i love reading everyone advice and experiences. My name is Mark and I about a year 1/2 ago i realized after 10 years on not exercising that i was going to cut my life short someday. i was always very active and considered myself in good shape. Well you know the story get married have kids, career yada yada yada... well i didnt do a stick of excersise in 10 years and was out of shpae and not feeling well. Made the decision that i needed to and got my ass going to make myself feel better. I started out just wanting to lose the 25 extra lbs of fat and slim down a little, and i did. I started a cardio workout and lost 25 lbs in about 5 months. Thought that pretty good and decided to start lifting and found out how weak i was. I bought a home gym because i dont have the time to go to a gym everyday. Ive been doing well ever since. I have gained about 20 lbs in the last year and lifting more (weight and amount of time in gym) than i have ever done in my life. I am 33 and stand 5' 8" and weigh 170. I am a hard gainer that eats like crazy, drinks 2 weight gaining shakes a day, takes supplements and does everything possible to try and put on more muscle but am haing a very hard time breaking that "glass cealing" and putting on more muscle. I dont have anyone to work out with so i work out alone whick is fine with me, but i dont have anyone to bounce ideas or methods off of. I have been buying my supplemtns from GNC (please dont hate on me, it what i have close by) but all they want to do is sell me their brands. I hope this forum will help me learn more about supplemts, what works what doesnt and help me move to that next step. anything else anyone wants to know about me to possible give me advice please ask. Sorry its long but just thought i would let everyone know where i was coming from.
