    Hello Everyone!

    Hi Everyone,

    I'm Tiffany, and I'm new to the forums here. I recently lost 35 lbs, and got to my goal weight... and now I am in the process of "cutting" to get some serious definition. I am 5'3", weigh 140, and have 21% bf. I just started working with a personal trainer 2 weeks ago, and am currently lifting 2 days a week and doing a lot of cardio. Anyone have any tips for cutting?

    Congratulations on your weight loss and kudos for checking out a personal trainer. They're running a special at the local Gold's. Like $99 for five sessions. Not sure if those are 30-minute sessions or longer. I hope you click with the trainer!

    Keto really helped me lose the weight. Might investigate that and give it a shot for two or three months.
