    Hi everyone

DWell people I'm here to learn and maybe help a few. Im not a complete rookie I've been lifting (this time) since may. I also lifted for five years prior to an accident back in 2008. Put on way too much fat and lost way too much muscle during the healing time. But I'm back with a vengeance this time lol i wanna be a strongman competitor.

    STATS
I'm 6' tall weigh 310-320 big guy broad shoulders and barrel chested. Currently lifting 245x10 on bench. 385x10 for squat 315x10 deadlift <grip kills me on deads I could get more but can't hang on to it for ten.
Ill start a lifting journal and I can e mail pics but can't post em directly from my phone.

Thanks for readin. If any questions or comments feel free to post away.

Farmer's walks may help you for the grip strength. Or using straps on deads for the time being. At some point though that grip strength will need to increase. Glad to hear that you're back in the saddle.

    Welcome aboard.
