    Hi all!
    My name is John and I am a 34 y/o husband and father of 4. I work as an RN and volunteer as a paramedic. I've been bodybuilding for about 7 years now (non-competitive) and am currently finishing my best cut ever. I have a lot of experience with training and supplements so if there is anything I can help any newbies out with please feel free to ask. Just looking to network and hopefully find some people near me who are into the game as much as I am. I love training and truly live the bodybuilding lifestyle. I'm currently waiting on the stuff to run my next bulk on and hope to achieve some good mass gains in the months to come. Thanks for having me and I'll see you around on the boards.
