    hello all ..powertec user here ...

    hello all. I am new to this forum Spence Moore, my brother is a member here. I just trying to get back into lifting. I have a wife and kiddo and going to school at night for a bachlors degree. Also i do alot of vbulletin work and wordpress work for people.

    I just bought powertec leverage bench and trying to get back into it all , this time at home cause of lack of time. I can not wait to see some info and how to get back into it all.

    powertec power rack saved my life a few times where a spotter would have not, multiple spotters equal my rack
