I have been fitness conscious and competitor since 1965 . Food is my medicine and the kitchen is my workshop . I use to tell the everyone that it starts in the home (good habits) but now I say, it starts in the grocery store. I have been a raw food eater in a vegan sense and now I'm crossing the Zone to Paleo . I took a 25 yr.sabbatical leave from the tools of the fitness world until 6mos.ago. Training without aid in the triathalon world for 7yrs. and now I have been crossfitting for nearly a year but now that I'm thawed out with olympic lifting and red-line training, I'm using the tools of the trade. We called it preventative medicine back in the early 80's. Funny how muscles have memory and how your metabolism can stay the same. I feel like the Incino Man. I got some battle scars but I never stop training or eating health consciously. I appreciate the participation with everyone concerning the fitness world. Hopefully , this will be a learning experience for me and everyone else. Have a great week !
