Hello IronMag Family
Hello to my extended family of Bodybuilders. New to this site but been in the game for about 10 years now; head expidite around 6 shows and judge 2 shows per year. Finally getting around to competing in my show; my coach and I are planning for a spring of 2012 show. Current weight around 235 and will bulk to about 280 before we start to run any leaning diets.
