I am new to this forum.
I am into natural bodybuilding and ways to increase your muscle building/ fat loss efficiency in order for you to see results quicker(because I believe that results is the main motivator).
I can not wait to start contributing in the other forums. I had a look around and found a lot of valuable information already

Hey Retlaw
I have tried to pm you, but it seems that i do not have enough posts.
I have wrote a book on bodybuilding which is directed to guys and gals starting out. there is also a few pointers to the more advanced bodybuilders. I want to give the book away for free in this forum in return for testimonials.
The question that i have is: Is it allowed since i am not trying to promote or sell it?
