Hello Everyone! Well I started the first week in October. I was 277 lbs at 33% body fat. I am now at 250 lbs and at a 28% body fat. I have hired a personal trainer and I am going to the gym 5 days a week or more. I am starting to feel good and now I am able to do 3.5 miles in about 50 min. So that is way better then doing a 1 mile in 35 min when I started in October. I hope that I learn even more from this board. I am doing this for a few reasons. I want to run a Marathon and then with in the next year or so be able to do a body contest. They may seem like high goals but I think that I can get there. I look forward in to talking to everyone!
PS I would love to find a workout partner. I am in Central Valley in CA.
