Hello everyone here at IM. I'm new to this board and looking for a little guidance along the way. I'm preparing for my 1st cycle and there is def. more to it than what I thought(just taking the AAS) 1 part I never considered was the diet. I'm 5ft10 and only weigh 155lbs so bulking is a must for me but to try to eat 3000-4000 calories a day is challenging. It's like my stomach has a hard time stretching to fit all that food in. So any tips on that would be great other than"eat, eat, eat and eat some more"lol.. I've started sub. protein drinks & bars to fit in when I don't have time for a meal. I have some weights in my garage along with a bench and my wife bought me a new curl bar for Christmas so I have been training down there but i'm limited to the type of variations I can do so for the new year I have decided to join a gym. In the past I always wanted to but was to embarrassed to actually go in there and start working out. It sucks been the smallest guy everywhere you go but I'm going to suck it up & just go in there & do my thing. I know being consistant is a must in order to achieve my goals. I spent 10 years in the Army so routines are common to me. It's just a matter of getting into 1 & sticking to it. I just have to want it more than the next guy!!!! Well enough rambling. For any of the other new members that are starting this journey and would like to have someone that's new to this as well to BS with about this stuff, let me know. Thanks IM.
