    New DIABETIC weight lifter....

    Hey everyone just thought I would introduce myself to the forum. I am a type 1 diabetic and weight about 155 lbs, and am 5'11" tall... I was diagnosed 2 years ago before that I was perfectly healthy....so this caught all of us out of the blue...I am currently on an insulin pump and looking into gaining some weight and becoming muscular along with becoming more healthy......thanks for welcoming me to the site....
