    Smile Greetings I'm new here

Hello Bodybuilders, muscle men/gals, athletes, spectators,

I am an old guy now, soon to be 64. Started bodybuilding at age 19 until 30. Burned out at that time. My genetics do not give me a competitive type of body -- look more like a teddy bear with muscles. Started up again about 2 months ago and have gained all my previous measurements at age 30: 17inch arms, 17.5" calves, 47" chest, 16.5" neck, waist 36 going down, traps, are high and wide, forearms are 13.5". The interesting thing is I never had lats, as such in my young days but now they are protruding out and looking like they should.
Am a born-again christian, of 30 years, 1980 to present, and Bible reading/studying is top priority with me. That should be enuf, for a start as an introduction. More of a profile on me can be had on Yahoo, Facebook, or Classmates Com.-Nashwauk-Keewatin High.

when i was younger in my 20's and 30's i did a lot of calf raises with a weight machine and loaded it up to the max i could do for as many reps as possible. Also i do a lot of walking and i make sure that i finish each step with my toes raised, causing my calves to flex with each step. Try it until it become a habit. Ultimately they will grow. Hello again,
The old guys like me are still around but I imagine that some of them are "burned out", or just not enthused with communicating with others anymore. I'm not one of them --there are a lot of new products out and maybe us older guys can provide a tibid or two of information on exercises and/or nutrition. I'm not a steroid user but I did try them in the 80's but my body did not accept them as it broke out in blemishes and so I perceived that to be a "warning" sign for me not to pursue that avenue of bodybuilding.

Brother, I get acne just looking at testosterone. Its basically the only side I get. If you woulda dealt with the acne you may have really enjoyed a good cycle. Plus the goddamn government wouldnt be up your ass about it in the 80s
