hey all, im Eric. 29 year old, almost 30 =( ,, male here in oklahoma. just thought id say hello to who ever reads this. im looking forward to meeting those who are interested in learning more about nutrition, body building, and losing body fat...or, if anyone just wants to shoot the $hit.
