New guy (Icelander)
Hi guys, my name is Filipus and I'm from Iceland.
My cousin told me about this site and I'd like to get your opinions on my program(I'll post it later tonight or tomorrow) and my diet and such.
Not really sure what to say in this thing but here's a little bit about myself.
I'm 24 years old and I come from Reykjavík, Iceland. Go to University of Iceland (studying business).
I have pretty much all my life been practicing one sport or another. Always been the "skinny-type"(god I hate that word).
I have been training 5 days a week now for the past 18 months. I realize that that's probably too many workouts to really gain much weight, but it has become my hobby and a routine that's hard to change.
Although I haven't reached my goal weight I have gained around 13 pounds.
I weigh 167 pounds (around 76kg)
I'm 6'2'' (I think... it's 191cm) tall
My body fat % is 10,8%
