I have casually worked out over the years and always had an eye towrd bodybuilding. Just turned 50 and have been back tot he gym , 4 months now....
Did a 1 month cycle of reversitol from I-force (mostly an anti-aromatizer), been doing Pink Magic for the next month. Scored some Havoc and started a 30 mg/day cycle this week....
got a little gut, I am 5'9" at 225 right now, (started off at 245 4 mos ago ....
Still refining my workout routine, started up on a quasi mass workout this week also. Dont know how much of the old school thinking still applies today, I was taught to either do one body part a week and work it to failure and hard and have also split where the first workout per bodypart is mass and hard and the second of the week is lighter and higher reps....
supplementing a pre and post workout supplements, I'd like to be at 210 and 12% bf by summer....
all this cycle and post cycle stuff got me confused. Like to go ballz to wall for 6 mos (2-3 cycles) and just see what is possible for me to achieve. (sort of want to relive my 20s again and get it back plus much more)
hope to do much more listening than talking but will add my thoughts in discussions if I have anything interesting to add.
