I wanted to introduce myself. I recently came across these message boards the other day. I browse many of the other boards, such as GetBig and BodyBuilding.com. I'm 24 years old and I have been religiously training since I was 18. I'm 5'10, 210 and working towards leaning down a little bit right now. I live in Southern California where I was born and raised. I joined the forum so that I could learn some new things and meet some good people. The growth in my biceps has always struggled so I'm hoping to get them to grow with some of your guys' great techniques. I feel like my training is pretty dialed in and my diet is decent. I know what to eat and when to eat it, but never have broken down my diet in terms of macro nutrients. I eat every three hours and make sure my meals are high in protein. I am hoping to break down my diet even more and break it into macro nutrients. My latest diet was:
4:00AM - 1 cup of oatmeal w/ tablespoon of PB and protein shake
7:00AM - 10 egg whites and 1 cup of oatmeal
10:00AM - Protein bar
1:00PM - 2 bison burger patties and 2 piece of WW bread
4:00PM - Protein shake w/ apple
Train
7:00PM - 8oz. piece of salmon w/ salad
This was what I was most recently following, but as I said before I am looking to dial my diet in even more. So I am hoping to get to know a lot of you and I'll be sending my questions your way.
