    Hey Everyone

    Hey what's up. So I'm 20 years old, I'm about 150lbs, and I've been lifting for about 2 years on and off, but probably only been really serious during this past half year. I've been learning about perfecting my diet, and trying as hard as I can to stick to it. I currently am taking Cytogainer to help pack some pounds, Con-cret ethyl ester creatine, Animal Pak multis, and Dark Matter.

    About half a year ago, my friend told me about this banned supplement from 2009 called Spawn. It was the first time I ever heard of a pro-hormone. I knew nothing about it, and researched as much info as I could find about it and read as many logs as I could. After a while, I slowly started realizing that this wasn't my perfect idea of a first time pro-hormone, so I started researching other mild PH's and came across CEL's H-Drol. Now, I feel like I definitely have enough info to run a proper H-Drol cycle, except for I'm still a little bit iffy on what kind of Nolva to go with for my PCT - research chem, or out of the country Nolva pills - I've heard so much about both. But just to be on the safe side, I decided to wait til next next summer when I'm 21. I really hope I'll be about to wait that long haha.

    But anyway, that's about it. I'm just here to get some pointers on my diet, and even more info on CEL's H-Drol, and then maybe run a much heavier pro-hormone later on in life.
