Whazzzup guys! Im new to this forum and I need your help...yess YOUR help, I weigh 8 stone and my previous gf left me for a bigger guy, who I could not compete with, he was muscley, fun to be with, strong, athletic...everything I want to be. I been eating loads of food to gain weight and muscle and it simply dosnt work! I even butter both sides of my bread to add extra calories... just so I can kick his butt one day and win my gf back!
Anyway, does anyone have a basic programme to begin with i.e MONDAY LEGS, TUESDAY, CHEST... etc.
I used to live in Santa Monica with my parents but we moved to the UK around 5 years ago for their careers. SO my plan is to be a big guy by the time I move back to California in 2 years time. T- 2 YEARS.......
