Introduction
Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum, but belong to several others. I'm hoping to learn a few things and maybe teach a few things also. I've been training off and on for over ten years. Now at middle aged it getting tougher to keep up with the young guys. I would also be interested in finding a reliable source.
