Hi right back at ya! I got injured and had to stop my martial arts training. Injuries suck, especially when you love to work out. I just couldn't stay away from training like the doc ordered and ended up being out for longer!
Now I'm back on the weight training regimen to get my muscles back.
Hahaha yea not a great record indeed I have allways loved to grapple (wrestled in HS and for Nebraska Go Huskers) but I like to stop punches with my face, that didnt work out too well. I'm an ugly SOB so I figured I'd tone it down a bit before I get any uglier but I love the gym MMA and weights. Thats why I'm here and thanks everyone for the great welcome.
