    New Broad Here

    Just joined up today because I need to change up my routine/diet in some way.

    Been working out for 5 years but lifting heavy for a year and a half. Have been eating super clean for longer than I can remember and now I think my body has gotten wise to it all.

    I've worked with 5 different personal trainers.

    My goal is not to compete but to look like I could if I wanted to. I'm 5'1", 118 pounds, bodyfat around 22% which sux and that is where my problem lies.
    I've zig-zagged and rotated so many times I've lost count and still nothing changes for me. I do a 4-day split routine with some cardio thrown in several times a week. I track everything that I eat with several different programs just in case.

    I've read BTFFM and many other e books.

    I'm hoping by joining this group, I can find some new ideas about how to get where I want to get.
