    Signed up a while ago, still new. Intro as per requested.

    Hello all,

    I joined some time ago, but have been distracted by life.
    I'm 44, and need to get in shape.
    I've worked out a bit in my life, but never really did it serious.
    At my age, is it really possible to put on serious muscle? Just being healthy and fit is good, but curious if there really is an age limit.
