Well here it is.
I'm looking to get up to 180 solid and lean by september. That's the goal and I don't fail often but I'm having a hell of a time getting started.
I'm 26 153 5' 10"....I'm in the army so I'm not in bad shape but, I don't have the look I want yet.
There's just so much information out there and so many different workouts and this supplement will do this and this pill will make your pecs huge and make your balls shiny as well.....it's honestly too much information and I'm lost as far as if I'm headed in the right direction so please take a look at what i'm doing and let me know if i'm close to on track
Current situation I'm in iraq so it's a physically tasking job all day long but, I have a free gym real close by. The only decent food source for me is the dfac, which has decent food but none of the extremely healthy foods I have read I should be eating.
