    New Poster

    Heard this was a great site. Im looking forward to all the advise. Im 6'1 227 and now in my cutting phase. I spend 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hrs a day in the gym 5 to 6 days a week. Im a huge fan of low carb dieting, works great for me. I hate cardio, but getting 1 hr a day, mostly treadmill or some heavy bag time. I am terrible at spelling, just saying.
