I'm new to body building sites and at 59 have lost allot of muscle mass.
I'm battling many ailments but need to do whatever is necessary to regain as much stamina and muscle possible.
I used to be in decent physical shape but due to physical ailments I've been going downhill fast over the past 5 years and gotta regain what I can.
It's great to be among some good knowledgeable people that can hopefully help me achieve more muscle and stamina.
Thanks for allowing me to become a member to what looks like a great group of great examples.
