Hello everyone i have been lurking for a few months and learned a great deal, thanks for that. Thought i should post and say hi since i am here everyday reading. I am a male 30 years old, 5 11 and 190 lbs. Started back working out a year and half ago after a 8 year sit on my ass and get fat as fuck lazy time. Went from 210 lbs and 24% body fat down to 175lbs and 11% body fat in 9 months than went on a bulk cycle (natural) over winter and finished off with DMZ (first cycle ever). After PCT i am sitting at 190 lbs and 13% body fat. Thanks so fare to everyone that has helped me and didn't even know it.
