Howdy... 50 year old male working on getting back to where I once was (energy, drive, more muscle less fat). Time is trying to wear me down but I refuse to participate.
6'-0", 203lbs, don't know my body fat % but, I'm fairly trim for a mildly seasoned male. I eat mostly lean meat, fish, chicken, rice and mixed veggies. Except in the morning I have scrambled eggs w/cheese, oatmeal and sausage.
When I'm in the Arctic I work 12 hours a day everyday for 2 weeks. During that time I workout for 30-45 minutes almost everyday. Then I have 2 weeks off at home and ah'... well I don't work out quite as much. I don't spend my two weeks on the couch but, I do relax a bit on my time home.
Been reading alot... looking to learn more. Hope I didn't ramble on too much
