Giving a shout out to everyone. Its been sometime since Ive been on any boards. Ive been focusing on other parts of my life. Unfortunately my physique certainly took a hit over the past few years but luckily I have some knowledge, dedication, ambition and with all your help to help me get back to my goal weight of 215-225 (depending on how I look). I started training and dieting about 8 weeks ago at 275 I was 253 today. Im no kid Ive been training on and off over 27 years, was a college all-American athlete, competed one time in bodybuilding which wasnt for me thats why I never did it again although it comes to mind on occasion to do it again. Anyway I went on long enough I look for to getting and giving some knowledge. Later all. Lou
