Hey guys what's going on! I just got registered to ironmag today recommended by a good friend of mine. A little about me, I'm 20 years old, 5-10 190lbs at about 9 % bf. I manage a GNC in rowlett, TX (Dallas area) and train at the local LA Fitness nearby. I typically workout 5 days a week with weights and 3-5 days of cardio each week also. I typically train cardio in the morning on my off days an post workout on weight training days. Supplements wise I take Carnivor (cherry vanilla) morning, pre, post with a scoop of Karbolyn (juicy orange 50 Carbs a scoop). I take Yok3d 90-120 mins prior to workout and GNC mega men sport multi ( more important then anything). I love the results I am getting. Workingout is a passion and I couldn't live my life without it. I used to be a over weight middle schooler who decided to play football to hopefully get in shape. The minute I touched the weights, I fell in love lol! I typically like more isolated movements then compound but do a mixture of both. I eat a very clean diet that consist of around 2500 cal per day( cutting) the majority coming from complex Carbs and protein. My favorite meal is dinner that consist of egg whites and natural peanut butter spread on top! I know sounds disgusting right! Lol it's great! I love eating healthy and being healthy and fitness is my life and passion! Profile pic coming soon! Hoping to share what knowledge I have and learn from the knowledge all the rest of you have! I'm always willing to try it once and love to be given advice and taught on things I may show ignorance in! Hope everyone reaches there goals in life and fitness and god bless!
