I must say I feel real lucky to have stumbled into this forum..there is a great wealth of good information and good people who have no problem taking time out of their day to steer u in the right direction and give good solid advice..I just wish that the trolls around here that have nothing positive to say and no usable info would just either get banned or just get their own section so they can just batle each other rather than trying to ruin good threads..with that said thanks guys you know who you are

Im right there with you, youll know who to listen to. The funny thing is I dont even remember how I found this place. One day I was just here.
It really is a great place for information. If you ahve a question you can either find it already in the forum once asked by someone else because we all have similar questions or post a new thread and the bodybuilding community will support you with proper education.
