Hey all.
Joined the forums last Friday and have spent a lot of time reading the posts here. Lots of great info here, with lots of sponsors that show good feedback.
I am more of a reader than a poster but with a 50 min post to pm a sponsor, I am starting my posts here.
Born in '61, so I have been around for a while. In good shape and trying to get in better shape. Age has started its effects on my hormonal balance and being self employed sucks when it comes to dealing with doctors. Been trying different things for three years now with some good results.
Hopefully I can add some of my lessons learned here at the site.
