Hi All,
I figure after 6 mos. it's about time to do this.
About me: I,m 50+ years old, I stopped worrking out back in the 80's so I could run about a 20yr cycle drugs and alcohol. Almost 6 years ago I decided(or my doctor did) that enough is enough.Now with help from people like some of the ones on this board I'm bigger stronger but not faster than ever.
Aside from all that where else can go and gain knowledge AND laugh my ass off ?
