just started getting back into working out and wanted to get some info and ideas ...could really use some ideas on routines and other stuff...this is really my first time actually lifting for more than just fun and my local gym dosent have free weights so im a lil lost on wat kinda routine to build up never used resistance or cable weights much .So any ideas would be appreciated.
